Summary

This PR removes some of the unused core blocks available by default in WordPress.

This PR also updates ACF Pro to the latest version. Once we have deployment set up, we'll configure the auth.json file and remove ACF Pro from the repository.

Issues

Testing Instructions

  1. Go to Pages > Add New
  2. Ensure the following blocks are not listed in the block inserter.

The only one that still shows up for me is core/classic.
Wonder if we should remove any styles that are in theme.json I can do that and just add it to this PR if you want.

Actually, I don't think this is going to be an issue because we're going to include that one (for legacy content), along with the Cover and Gallery blocks as well.
