run.sh: added ROS_DOMAIN_ID and ROS_LOCALHOST_ONLY environment variable checks
if ROS_DOMAIN_ID and/or ROS_LOCALHOST_ONLY environment variables are added to the module env attribute of the module these will be sourced explicitly, it is no longer assumed they are in shell environment or other ros source script.
