COVID19-autoimmune

Single-cell multi-omics analysis of COVID-19 patients with pre-existing autoimmune diseases.

Scripts used in the multi-omics analysis of single-cell data (transcriptome, surface proteome, and T cell immune receptors) from peripheral blood samples of patients with pre-existing autoimmune conditions (rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, or multiple sclerosis) under SARS-CoV-2 infection, as well as COVID-19 patients without pre-existing autoimmunity as controls.
