Add support for ECM, repair and integral ship functions. - Modify ship view to support ecm (but not repair). - Modify upgrade view to support ecm (but not repair). - AFAICT, there was no support for repair in either. - Modify units_old, unit and ships. json to support this. - Llama.begin has some temp numbers. To be modified further once we merge #1016. - Atlantis now supoorts selling of repair systems for people to test.
