  2. Preserve pyarrow and polars data types through pre_transform_dataset 

    When the input inline datasets to pre_transform_dataset are all pyarrow Tables, return a pyarrow Table. If they are all polars DataFrames, return a polars DataFrame. This avoids unnecessary conversion through pandas.
