Update nebula-lib to 0.1.24

In this release, we mainly changed "Time" from size_t to int64_t, so now we should be able to support all UNIX time before the year of 1970.

nebula-lib supports query nebula engine from node.js.

This release removes display type from query, instead let UI handles it only.
