Fixes #1336.
As described in this comment, we were not accounting for the situation where
config.configFilewasundefined. This occurs with Astro, and potentially other frameworks (Solid and SvelteKit are not affected by this bug).I initially tried using the
configobject directly as a fallback, but this didn't work. The fix was to useconfig.inlineConfiginstead.
