This release adds source code for the Earth Observation (EO) Time Machine, an app for exploring optical remote sensing collections.

• Landsat 8 app updated to use Collection 2 Tier 1 and Real-Time data calibrated top-of-atmosphere (TOA) reflectance.
• Sentinel-2 app updated to use the Harmonized Sentinel-2 MSI L1C collection to ensure consistent scaling across the full L1C recording following the switch to the 4.00 processing baseline.
• Medium article changelog and links have also been updated to reflect these changes.
