Added Norwegian locale to isAlpha() and isAlphanumeric(). Updated readme and added tests.
Had to add a + in the regex. Added tests for isAlpha() and isAlphanumeric().

Adding Norwegian locales to IsAlpha() and IsAlphanumeric(). The two Norwegian locales have the same letters.
The regex for Danish in IsAlphanumeric() had a small bug that was fixed.
