Changed config style variables to use snake_case as hugo transforms keys to lowercase and hyphens can't be included as go identifiers can't contain hyphens

Following the information from this guide, specifically the section that uses the built-in LibSass transpiler to avoid adding dependencies.
I had to change the config style variables to use snake_case as hugo transforms keys to lowercase (which would have resulted in darkestcolor when imported in scss) and hyphens can't be included as go identifiers can't contain hyphens
