refactor: use checkVisibility when supported by browser #8708

Description

Updates the isElementHidden implementation to use the native checkVisibility method when supported by the browser. Since this method is only available from Safari 17.4, the custom implementation remains in place as a fallback until Vaadin 25.

This ticket/PR has been released with Vaadin 24.7.0.alpha12 and is also targeting the upcoming stable 24.7.0 version.
