When using
--output-delimiter=
(note the equal sign at the end), GNU comm uses NUL as delimiter. This PR adds the same behavior to uutils comm and makes thedelim-empty
test in https://github.com/coreutils/coreutils/blob/master/tests/misc/comm.pl pass.
