baseurl=https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/fedora/updates/$releasever/Everything/SRPMS/

应当改成

baseurl=https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/fedora/updates/$releasever/Everything/source/tree/

否则将造成Fedora 35以后的版本dnf builddep时报错找不到fedora-updates-source源。Bug来源可能是Fedora系统原本的的fedora-updates.repo文件内有如下内容，似乎是为了兼容老版本：

baseurl=http://download.example/pub/fedora/linux/updates/$releasever/Everything/SRPMS/
