When I login into my account as the administrator it says I am using Ushahidi 2.6 If there is an upgrade, please let me know. I am still not seeing either the basemap or my maps on my computer using IE 8.

Are you seeing this error on a crowdmap deployment? or on a standalone Ushahidi deployment?
If you're getting it on a standalone deployment can you list the steps you took to get the error?

I've pushed a possible fix - can you try that out and let me know if it fixes the issue for you?

Thanks, Just a note –

I can see the map now using Google Chrome on my MACbook Pro. I am not sure if it is the processor, but I still cannot see the map on the Dell Pentium 4 in IE 8. Google maps, outside of Crowdmap, though, works fine for me. The idea is for this to be used in Uganda (mainly Kampala). So, if can be tested with someone there after the patch (I sit in Washington DC) that would be helpful.
