- deactivate silent only when SSH and Apate are running - deactivation of silent also deactivates ninja - added missing english translation - so far only tested on Pi3 (+ fixed a minor bug in statistics where statistic page couldn't be loaded because of missing dnsmasq logfile)
- tested on Pi3 and Pi2
- tested in combination with branch armbian-fixes
