Upgrade to Bevy 0.14.0-rc.*

This PR allows transform-gizmo-bevy to be used with the newest Bevy 0.14 rc (currently at least rc.3). Closes #66.

Before we merge this PR, we should probably first wait until Bevy 0.14.0 is officially released, change the dependencies to point to that, and make sure this still works then.

Concretely, this implements the following migration steps:

• Upgrade the bevy dependencies to 0.14.0-rc (which should always take the newest rc available)
• Upgrade required rustc to 1.78.0 (from 1.77.0) as required by Bevy
• Disentangle bevy_utils/bevy_core's reexported dependencies bevyengine/bevy#12313 : Add bytemuck & util as dependencies
• Normalise matrix naming bevyengine/bevy#13489 : Rename camera.projection_matrix to .clip_from_view
• Refactor App and SubApp internals for better separation bevyengine/bevy#9202 : Match get_sub_app_mut as an Option
• Consolidate Render(Ui)Materials(2d) into RenderAssets bevyengine/bevy#12827 : Impl RenderAssets for GizmoBuffers instead of GizmoDrawData
• Implement GPU frustum culling. bevyengine/bevy#12889 : Rename Transparent3d dynamic_offset to extra_index
• Improve performance by binning together opaque items instead of sorting them. bevyengine/bevy#12453 & Make render phases render world resources instead of components. bevyengine/bevy#13277 : Use ViewSortedRenderPhases instead of RenderPhase

Looks like I forgot about the examples 🤔

Several dependencies for the examples still have RCs in the pipeline (bevy_egui, bevy_infinite_grid bevy_mod_outline, bevy_mod_picking) so getting the examples to pass is partly blocked on those.
