Manually persisted backend ssl-data folder #106

Initially, docker volume was used to implicitly persist the ssl-data folder on the backend to avoid requesting for new ssl cert per deployment. If there is any inconsistency while performing deployment, this implicit approach can disappoint and lead to ssl verification error that will require waiting for one week for rate-limit to be lifted. To avoid this, I now manually copy the .ssl-data folder
