• chore: remove obsolete Dependabot README badge
  Context:
  Fixes the broken link/image at the top of README
  There isn't currently a replacement for the badge feature in the native GitHub Dependabot.
  Update badges to be compatible with the new native GitHub Dependabot dependabot/dependabot-core#1912 tracks the request to add it but hasn't seen activity in some time.

• docs: Update readme with small fixes
