Contains only one minor change to macOS specific patches (line shift).
This PR also introduces a change to use higher zstd compression on GitHub Actions.
A higher compression was chosen to stay significantly below 2 GB, as upload actions failed multiple times around 2 GB.
However, upload limits may not have changed and this may not have been the cause for the GitHub Action failing.
Recently, GitHub Actions on macOS (again) seem more unreliable in general.
