This is the NCS Signup page It was forked from the Northwestern University version: https://github.com/NUBIC/ncs_signup It is a simple Ruby on Rails app which provides a form to collect potential participants for the Minnesota Ramsey County NCS study center. It currently uses Rails 3 and a MySQL database The production site is located here: https://signup.ncs.umn.edu For questions or comments email: info@ncs.umn.edu
