Can I use umami with Electron app?

Yes, Electron should be able to run any web app.

I haven't tried it, but I think simply adding the tracking code to your electron app should work. What error are you seeing?

From my quick testing Umami works in an Electron app but would need some customization to get page views working, as it just reports on main_window views:
