[develop]: Update documentation subsequent to PR #6

Description

• Update links, repository names, and other minor details in the docs to align the information with the new repository location (e.g., switch from land-offline_workflow to land-DA_workflow).
• Add information on land component/build capability
• Change fv3-bundle references to jedi-bundle

Anticipated changes to regression tests:

• Is baseline change expected ? No.
