Starting with the June 28, 2022 cycle, the v16 tarballs in HPSS have "v16.2" as part of the file name. Example:

  • com_gfs_v16.2_gdas.20220628_00.gdas.tar
  • com_gfs_v16.2_enkfgdas.20220628_18.enkfgdas_restart_grp8.tar
  • com_gfs_v16.2_gfs.20220628_18.gfs.tar

Update the utility accordingly.
