In OpenJPEG 2.3.1 when building with CMake HTML documents are always installed in share/doc no matter what is set with OPENJPEG_INSTALL_DOC_DIR.

Oops... this has recently been fixed in master with commit aaddbc7, so closing.

The patch fixes hardcoded (share/doc) installation location for HTML
documents in 2.3.1 version. The problem[1] apparently has recently been
fixed in master[2], but not backported to 2.3 branch.
