…s uninstalled during the QA tests but not when using composer v1. So added composer install step after QA tests run to ensure phpunit is installed

.circleci/config.yml- Removed composer workaround which brings us up to composerv2.qa-test-setup.sh- Updated branch to pullv2from xdmod-qa repoMotivation and Context
The updates to xdmod-qa are non-backwards compatible changes between Rocky8 and Centos7. These updates are to make use of the new xdmod-qa branch for Rocky8 qa testing
