Add job_id_raw to SGE shredder

Description

Updates the SGE shredder to copy the job ID to the job_id_raw field.

Motivation and Context

This makes the SGE shredder consistent with the PBS and LSF shredders (those that don't have an explicit "raw" job ID).

Tests performed

Tested manually.
