Added integration test harness for supremm module.
Description
Intregration test harness uses the framework test harness from the xdmod core. Also added an
example test that can use used as a template for developers to write their own tests.
Also moved the existing unit_tests into a subdirectory so that the path locations for the various
test artifacts are consistent.
