- Added the necessary boilerplate to run unit tests. The test files should be placed in the tests/lib directory following the same structure as the tests in the XDMoD core. - Also ensure that the tests are run by travis.

Description
Added a unit test harness for the SUPReMM module.
placed in the tests/lib directory following the same structure as the tests
in the XDMoD core.
Motivation and Context
Good test make Joe happy.
Tests performed
ran with travis.
