This site forces to accept cookies to view the embedded youtube videos.
I tested with Fanboy cookie List, but the videos not appears.

works fine with your steps.. I have removed the filters and uninstalled: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/uBlock-user/uBO-Scriptlets/master/scriptlets.js and still works 😮

because those cookies which the scriptlet set don't get removed automatically, remove those cookies and the issue will reproduce itself.

As for hanime.tv, hanime.tv##+js(set, Cookies.get, trueFunc) works with a slight breakage for users who login, won't see their account name menu appear on the homepage once logged in. This, I believe can be remediated if AdguardTeam/Scriptlets#82 was to be implemented.

Inserts cookies, so detection in this case is foiled.

The case here requires to give filter list authors the ability to create cookie information which did not exist before, this sort of solution can't be added to uBO, that would be on the same level as ABP's rewrite debacle.
