A (pre-)release to celebrate the opening of our codebase to the public under the MIT license.

Changelog (since 0.1):

• Separate Add Liquidity entrypoint with Uniswap-like arguments
• Execution deadline argument on all time-sensitive operations
• Option to restrict all markets to a single currency token, at contract deployment

nb. A third-party security audit of the contract is pending.
