If this is possible for an extension, being able to select multiple projects to enable profiling would save a lot of time in solutions with a lot of projects.

Multi-selection in Solution Explorer supported (implements issue #55)

- it is now possible to add profiling to multiple projects at once;
- vcmodel namespace added to hold VC project system dispatch wrappers;
- commands slightly beautified.
