Won't actually work. libethercat of the IgH EtherCat Master contains Kernel-specific code and is required to integrate the drivers into the wheel. So even when building manylinux audited wheels, they are only compatible with the Kernel sources used to compile them. Unfortunately we don't have access to the source code of the drivers and these modules will never be portable.
