Improve PostgreSQL type mapping tests

This commit includes:

- Split testBasicTypes into separate tests
- Add min/max/min-1/max+1 test cases for basic data types
- Cover more tests using trinoCreateAndInsert
- Reuse trinoCreateAndInsert
