instagram doc page does not say what the redirect URI should be

None of that stuff is needed, the title says it all. In the docs, the instagram page doesn't say what the redirect URI should be (hint: it's https://$YOUR_COMPANION_HOST_NAME/instagram/redirect). There's nothing more to say, just go update the docs. The redirct URI is missing in some of the other oauth provder pages too, I should mention
