* support extended alphabet in URLs related to some GBFS URLs added in transitland/transitland-atlas#1367 * update symbolic link * `patternFlags` not supported in the ajv-cli library used in Transitland Atlas CI * try again using just regex * restore some missing notes * apply consistent formatting to v0.5.0 and v0.5.1 * update changelog for v0.5.1 * return to previous formatting * return to previous format * return to previous formatting
