Team 5553 Robo'Lyon vision code for First Deep Space
This is the code for our vision system, consisting of a Jetson and a USB Webcam. The Jetson will process the camera images before sending the data to the roboRIO. Feel free to use this code for your FIRST Robotics Competition robot!
Using a custom 3-DOF Arm, this system uses vision control to pick and sort colored balls. The camera uses image masking to detect and localize a ball within a playing field. Using Matlab and forward/inverse kinematics algorithms, the arm picks up the ball, and deposits it according to its color.
