At the moment, those who complete Footsteps have to open Pull Requests after each completed work.
This may not be an obvious point for beginners, which scares off potential contributors.
And those contributors who have never worked with Github (for example, if the Footstep is not about development) will not be able to open PR correctly at all.
I propose to transfer the duty of adding users to the Hall of Fame from the users themselves to the committee.
TON wallet address for rewards may be sent in comments of the Footstep issue.
