mvn can't build #50

Will look it however we never observed this error before and no one reported this as well.. |
@anilcs81 is there a specific java version i should be using? i am using jenv and java 1.8. I think this may be related to #57 and a developer had the same issues in #44 Can you all provide a docker image to build the project in? There seems to be a lot of issues related to different environment configuration. |

@gabel0287 , can you try to do a reinstall as we made some changes to the installer. It may resolve the problem. |

When running the python installer the java project is not built correctly causing it to fail. When i try to run
mvn install -DskipTests=true -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true -B -V -e
manually I get this error outputI've also updated the pom file to contain the dependency as well:
