Hi! In case you think these small changes are useful:

  • Allow to obtain results even if there is no significant components
  • RawGenerecs had a problem reading fids
  • normEretic used get.idx instead of get_idx
  • opls only stops with more than 2 classes if it is DA
  • Allow to read up to 1e6 spectra by default
