Safe Creeper 1.5.3.1 release.

This is a quick update to make the project compatible with Minecraft 1.9.2 and it's server versions. This update contains some minor changes, various fixes and library updates. Please note that this is a beta release.

Changelog:

  • Updated project for Minecraft 1.9.2 compatibility.
  • Updated all libraries, such as permissions system libraries to support their latest versions.
  • Make beacons rebuildable (some properties are only rebuilt if a recognized NBT plugin is installed).
  • Add PowerNBT support.
  • Build against CraftBukkit for Minecraft 1.9.2.
  • Build on Java 1.8.
