feat: Color picker for dev tools (#689)

* fix: Resolve an npm security warning.

This commit resolves an npm security warning by running `npm audit fix`.

* feat: Add color picker to dev tools.

This commit adds a color picker field to the dev tools view. We already
have this field available in schema, this change makes it so that it can
be used via pixlet serve.
