This PR adds support for signal inputs, queries and model, and upcoming
outputof Angular v17.1, v17.2.Angular updated the transform but the copy maintained here in the repository was outdated.
The PR also significantly simplifies the codebase by automatically using the JIT transform that
Angular maintains for the Angular CLI. Removing duplication, improving future maintenance,
preparing for future changes, and removing code duplication.
A similar advancement was attempted for the replace resources transform, but it seems too
specific to Jest, so that's another story.
