this PR includes the following:

  • Add vector package with basic config
    • use vector for logs. (replaces promtail)
    • use node address and farm id instead of farm id
  • Disable node-exporter
  • Drop promtail
  • Drop writing logs to file (and logtrunc)

Fixes #1833
