- Open Visual Studio Code.
- Go to the Extensions view by clicking on the Extensions icon in the Activity Bar on the side of the window or by pressing

. - Click Install to install the theme.
- Once installed, go to File > Preferences > Color Theme and select Windows 98 Theme from the list.
To preview the theme before installation, you can:
- Clone this repository.
- Open the folder in VS Code.
- Press
F5
to run the theme in development mode and try it out in a new window.
