gh has superseded hub #266

gh is a hub reimplementation that's much faster and is now the official Github CLI. It appears that "hub" won't be further developed. (mislav/hub#475)

Laptop should probably brew install gh instead of brew install hub. Thoughts?

👍 I'm a big fan. The DSL is the same, as far as I can tell, making
switching very easy.

There isn't an apt repo (though they do build debian packages), so this'd be a bit more annoying to install on linux. :-( I've opened owenthereal/gh#225
