`ubuntu-latest` is pointed to `Ubuntu 22.04` now https://github.blog/changelog/2022-11-09-github-actions-ubuntu-latest-workflows-will-use-ubuntu-22-04/ Ubuntu 18.04 is already deprecated for GitHub runners (see actions/runner-images#6002), but we still want to run ASGDX on it w/o issues such as `/LIB/X86_64-LINUX-GNU/LIBC.SO.6: VERSION `GLIBC_2.33' NOT FOUND`
