- [x] Move `thorchainConstantsState$`, `reloadThorchainConstants` from `services/midgard` to `services/thorchain/thornode` - [x] Remove `nativeFee$` (native fees are handled in `xchain-thorchain`) - [x] Update `usePoolCycle` hook to validate data of `PoolCycle` properly
