Thanks for your contribution. Nice to see Solutionizer is still used at Pharmatechnik 😉 I've fixed the failing read of Github releases in a7e63f5 (it was caused by the missing "v" prefix in the git tag 🤦♂️ ) I've released v0.8, which is still marked as draft. If you can confirm the fix, please give me a note, and I'll change it to an official release. In future, please don't mix up different fixes in one pull-request. |

support for VS2017
limitation: VS2017 supports multiple installs on one PC but currently we support only one installation. Maybe in the future an extension is possible to choose which vs2017 installation to use when starting VS2017-solutions.
additionally i added one exception-fix because the last published gitmsi-Version 0.7 has Version set to null ;-(
