Updated with a fix for #60 Leaking TXD handle seems to affect at least one TXD (player.txd), but that seems to be a game bug and not a ML bug. |

Those weren't hooked until now (and the path resolver was breaking for wide strings anyway), so ASIs generated with VS2015 couldn't use some of their features properly when loaded by modloader.
