Indiana Jones 64 EMU speedrun build preservation

This is the best build for speedrunning Indiana Jones 64 on emulator from before the timing changes and increased hardware requirements.

Note: If your PC has enough grunt to run latest versions of simple64, you should use them instead! Only use this if necessary.

simple64 GlideN64 30/5/2021 build preservation

Based on the original, now unavailable, release. Angrylion-rdp has been removed (I could not manage to build it). Netplay likely doesn't work.

Potential improvements:

1. Update mupen64plus-core to latest version (improvements for ROM hacks, certain games like Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine, new dynarec)
2. Update GlideN64 to latest version (likely a whole slew of improvements would be gained from that)
